Webinar Recap: Exploring Media & Communication Careers with Industry and Academic Leaders
University of Rawalpindi successfully organized an online webinar titled "Opportunities, Careers, Admissions, and Scope of Media and Communication Studies." Under the moderation of Admission and Communication Officer Mr. Tanveer Nasir, the session brought together industry and academic leaders, including Mr. Ikram Barkat, Director General PEMRA, and Dr. Hassan Sher, Vice Chancellor of the University of Swat.
This event offered students and participants a deeper understanding of the ever-expanding field of Media & Communication Studies, highlighting diverse career paths, emerging trends, and academic opportunities.
The panelists shared their expertise on the significance of media literacy, regulatory frameworks, and skill development in today’s fast-evolving media landscape. The interactive Q&A session allowed attendees to gain actionable insights and guidance for building a successful future in media and communication.
