Following a dynamic Orientation Day, University of Rawalpindi (UOR) continued its celebrations with a vibrant Orientation Week 2026, designed to foster community building, student engagement, and campus integration.
A dedicated Sports Day brought energy and excitement across campus as students participated in a variety of indoor and recreational games, including carrom, foosball, tug of war, Ludo, chess, and table tennis. The campus echoed with cheers and laughter, reflecting strong student spirit and healthy competition. The event provided an opportunity for new students to bond with peers in an atmosphere of enthusiasm and teamwork.
Another key highlight of the week was “Society Sneak Peek Day,” where the new cohort was introduced to UOR’s student-led societies and co-curricular platforms. Students actively engaged with society representatives, explored various clubs and initiatives, and showed great interest in becoming part of campus leadership and creative communities.
The week also featured a Bowling Day, during which the new cohort visited a bowling arena for an off-campus recreational experience. The activity allowed students to unwind, build friendships, and further strengthen their connection with fellow classmates in an enjoyable and relaxed setting.
Through a carefully planned series of academic, recreational, and engagement-driven activities, Orientation Week 2026 reflected UOR’s commitment to holistic student development, campus belonging, and a well-rounded university experience.
