University of Rawalpindi (UOR) successfully conducted Orientation Day 2026 on 21 February 2026, warmly welcoming new students into the UOR family. The day was meticulously organized, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience aligned with institutional standards and student engagement goals.

The program commenced with a structured registration process, student ID onboarding, and distribution of welcome folders containing academic calendars, course lists, and semester details. A formal session in the Seminar Hall followed, featuring Quran recitation, introductory remarks, student reflections, and an informative presentation highlighting the Chairman’s vision, university policies, the semester system, student services, and LMS usage.

Interactive segments such as the Reality Check Session, campus onboarding activities, and guided facility visits provided students with practical insight into academic procedures, examination policies, communication protocols, and complaint mechanisms. Engagement activities including the Hand-Trace Wall, Photo Booth, Spin the Wheel, and batch photography fostered enthusiasm and a sense of belonging.

With coordinated efforts from faculty, administration, student ambassadors, and activity in-charges, Orientation Day 2026 was executed seamlessly—reflecting UOR’s commitment to structured onboarding, student empowerment, and creating a welcoming academic environment for its newest cohort.
