Through interactive discussions and activities, participants reflected on ethical decision-making, workplace responsibilities, and the importance of trust, accountability, and mutual respect. The session also highlighted the role of managers in encouraging ethical behaviour and shaping a positive workplace culture through responsible leadership and effective communication.
By connecting management principles with practical workplace scenarios, the session provided a valuable opportunity for learning, discussion, and professional growth.
