University of Rawalpindi (UOR) organized an impactful Anti-Drugs Awareness Session in collaboration with the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) to educate students about the harmful effects of narcotics and the importance of building a drug-free society. The session aimed to raise awareness among youth regarding the growing threat of drug abuse while encouraging students to adopt healthy, responsible, and positive lifestyles.

The event was attended by distinguished officials from the Anti-Narcotics Force, including Zai ul Haq, Aamir Khurshid, and Adnan Shaukat, whose presence highlighted the importance of collective efforts in addressing drug-related challenges faced by society. During the session, speakers discussed the physical, psychological, social, and economic consequences of drug addiction, along with preventive measures and the role educational institutions play in creating awareness.

A key highlight of the event was the motivational address delivered by Dr. Zara, who inspired students through her message on discipline, purpose, and positive decision-making. Students actively participated in the interactive discussion and question-and-answer session, creating an engaging environment focused on awareness, learning, and community responsibility.

UOR appreciated the efforts of ANF and guest speakers for conducting a meaningful and informative initiative. The session concluded with a collective commitment toward promoting a safer, healthier, and drug-free youth community.
