UOR Engages with International Academic Delegation at COMSTECH Islamabad

University of Rawalpindi (UOR) participated in an international academic interaction hosted at COMSTECH, Islamabad, with a delegation from the World University Association for Community Development (WUACD). The engagement brought together representatives from member universities across Indonesia, the Philippines, Bangladesh, Australia, and other countries to discuss opportunities for global academic collaboration.

During the session, Muhammad Abubakar, Rector of UOR, held discussions with WUACD leadership and international delegates on areas including institutional partnerships, community development initiatives, academic exchange programs, research collaboration, and capacity-building opportunities. The interaction highlighted the importance of strengthening university-to-university connections in advancing higher education and community impact.

UOR also expressed its interest in joining WUACD and exploring meaningful collaborations with member institutions. The engagement reflects the university’s continued commitment to expanding international academic linkages and creating broader opportunities for students, faculty, and research development.
