UOR Chairman Board of Governors Meets HEC Chairman to Strengthen Institutional Collaboration
Dr. Muhammad Abubakar, Chairman of the Board of Governors, University of Rawalpindi (UOR), paid a courtesy visit to Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar (S.I.), Chairman of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan, on 12 February 2026 to extend his congratulations on assuming office.
