23rd March isn’t just a date, it’s a reminder of the power of vision, unity, and resilience.

University of Rawalpindi commemorated 23rd March Resolution Day with a grand celebration honoring the historic Lahore Resolution of 1940. The event was a vibrant display of patriotism, bringing together faculty and students to reflect on Pakistan’s journey toward independence.

The event began with the Flag Hoisting Ceremony, where the national flag was raised high, symbolizing pride, freedom, and unity. The air filled with patriotic spirit as students and faculty joined voices in singing the National Anthem, reaffirming their commitment to Pakistan’s progress.

To encourage creativity and self-expression, a Poster Making Competition was held, where students visually depicted their love for Pakistan and its bright future. The highlight of the event was a special segment where students shared their heartfelt thoughts, reflections, and aspirations for the country, paying tribute to the leaders who paved the way for independence. The Pakistan Resolution was not just a moment in history, it was a promise of a better tomorrow. Today, we honor that promise by inspiring the next generation to dream big and serve their nation.

University of Rawalpindi remains committed to fostering patriotism, leadership, and national pride among students. As we celebrate 23rd March, we renew our pledge to contribute to a stronger, united, and prosperous Pakistan.
