Independence Day 2025 Celebrated at University of Rawalpindi

University of Rawalpindi proudly celebrated Pakistan's 78th Independence Day on August 14, 2025, with a colorful ceremony. Dr. Muhammad Abubakar (Chairman BOG) and faculty members attended the event. Our campus came alive with the colors of the national flag, proud moments of flag hoisting, the joy of cake cutting, and the spirit of togetherness.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Muhammad Abubakar (Chairman BOG) emphasized the responsibility of the youth in shaping Pakistan's future. He also encouraged everyone to live by the vision of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and Allama Iqbal, building a progressive and united Pakistan. From the flag hoisting to the cake cutting, every moment reflected the love and pride for Pakistan. The tireless efforts of our organizing team made the celebration truly unforgettable.
