Dr. Najam-us-Sahar is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Pharmacy at University of Rawalpindi, with 16 years of teaching and professional experience in pharmaceutical sciences. She holds a PhD in Pharmacy, M.Phil (Gold Medalist), and Pharm-D (Double Gold Medalist). Her academic and research experience spans pharmaceutics, pharmaceutical microbiology and clinical pharmacy. Alongside teaching and research, she has undertaken academic leadership, administrative responsibilities and professional development training. Her professional interests include quality pharmacy education, pharmaceutical research, student mentoring, professional development and emerging technologies in pharmacy.
