October 11, 2024, wasn’t just a day—it was history in the making," said UOR’s Vice-Chancellor, capturing the essence of UOR’s Orientation Day Fall 2024. The event marked a new era for the University of Rawalpindi, where the first batch of students became pioneers, ready to leave an unforgettable legacy. From the moment they stepped onto campus, they were greeted with more than just a schedule—they were met with inspiration.

"You're not just students. You're the foundation upon which UOR will be built," announced the Additional Registrar during his keynote speech, motivating students to embrace their journey with passion and innovation. Throughout the day, students were introduced to UOR’s world-class facilities, engaging in icebreaking sessions and hands-on campus tours that left them buzzing with excitement.

The Handprinting Wall became the symbol of this legacy. Each student left their mark—literally—on the wall that will stand as a permanent reminder of their role in shaping UOR’s future. "This isn’t just a wall of handprints. It’s the foundation of something great," remarked one student, clearly proud of the path ahead.

The event culminated in a group photo, capturing students and faculty united in a single frame. As the Admissions Director said, "This is just the beginning of your journey. The road ahead is filled with endless possibilities, and UOR will be with you every step of the way."

UOR’s Orientation Day Fall 2024 was more than an event—it was the start of something extraordinary. It set the tone for a university built on excellence, community, and opportunity, where every student has the potential to make their mark on the world.
