UOR Launches Global Horizons Mentorship Program for Future Leaders
University of Rawalpindi initiated the Global Horizons Program, a 3-month mentorship initiative designed to turn today’s students into tomorrow’s global leaders. More than just a mentorship - this is a career-defining experience that pairs our top talent with international industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and researchers. In an increasingly connected world, leadership demands a global vision.
This exclusive program offers students first-hand access to international professionals across high-impact industries like AI, Climate Action, Fintech, Digital Media, and more. Each participant selects two focus areas aligned with global trends and is matched with a dedicated international mentor to receive tailored career guidance.
But the Global Horizons Mentorship Program isn’t just about networking - it’s about transformation. Over three action-packed months, students will participate in virtual workshops, 1-on-1 mentorship sessions, live case studies, and hands-on assignments. The goal? To sharpen decision-making, communication, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial grit.
The program kicks off with orientation and personal development workshops, followed by deep learning modules and industry assignments. Students will also map out personalized career roadmaps with their mentors. By the program’s end, they’ll not only earn a certificate of completion and professional recommendations but also join an elite circle of future-ready leaders showcased on UOR’s official platforms.
